Starting January 3rd 2022, we'll be doing 14 different core workouts for 2 weeks straight. Each day will compound on the previous day.
The Core Challenge
January is when everyone wants to reach their fitness and health goals. Well, instead of doing too much too fast and getting burnt out, let's build up your foundational muscles (your core) that will make the rest of your goals easy to achieve.
Improve Your Endurance
A strong core is essential for any activity you do. By having the exercises compound on the previous day, you are training for extended endurance in your core.
Trim Your Gut
While only doing core workouts won't get you 6-pack abs, you'll notice changes underneath the surface of your body. This gives motivation to keep exercising!
All exercises will be taught by Bryan Carroll who has been training people of all levels (including collegiate athletes and elderyly) for over a decade.

New Year's resolutions are hard to keep. Most people jump all in, get extremely sore and have to take "a day off", which leads to multiple days off, then the rest of the year off...
When starting a new workout program, often times you'll pick random exercises that you think you can do successfully without the guidance of professional support.
However, sometimes you find out that these combinations of exercises might leave you so sore, you can't sit down on the toilet for a few days.
It is always better to start building out your foundational muscles first since these muscles are what support the rest of your body.
No matter what fitness level you are at, your core can always be improved upon. In a world where we spend much of our time sitting or neglecting our core, we should be focusing on targeted approaches to our core to avoid back pain and support our body during any activity.
What's great about the core is that there are so many different ways to train the core, and each day for the next 14 days will have a different core variation.

About The Course Teacher, Bryan Carroll
Bryan Carroll is a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner and Movement Therapist who helps the outdoors community to reduce injuries and improve their health so they can get back to exploring nature. His big health crisis from mold exposure taught him the importance of finding the root causes to illnesses so you can take back control of your life.
